Dicksons is a North East based sausage and pie manufacturer who sell their products in both their own 26
local stores and in some of the leading supermarkets nationally. We were asked to look at a complete
rebrand for their packaging that would not only retain their existing customer base, but target a whole
new age group to increase sales. We achieved this by using the strong black colour to infer a blackboard
that a traditional butcher would use in a shop and the stripes of the paper a butcher would use to wrap the meats. We also included heritage images of the original Mr Dickson to emphasise their traditional values.
